You have xxxxxx banner impressions in your account.

Let’s look at the basics:

• Image: – this is the URL of the 468×60 banner
• Target: – this is the webpage the viewer sees when they click this banner.
• Save – be sure you click SAVE after entering either of the above URL’s
• Pause Ad – as it implies, if your ad is paused, it will not be displayed or will not use credits

Statistics

• Views:  this is the number of times your banner has been SHOWN.
• Clicks: this is the number of times the viewer CLICKED on your banner
• % CTR – a calculation of the number of CLICKS divided by the number of VIEWS
• Reset – sets the Views, Clicks, and % CTR to ZERO.  You should do a reset after changing the banner image or target URL

Views Assigned

• This is the number of VIEWS REMAINING.

Assign Credits

• Enter the number of CREDITS you want to assign.
• ONE Credit is equal to 15 VIEWS
• Once you fill in the number of CREDITS, you must click the ASSIGN BUTTON at the bottom of that column to register those credits and calculate the number of views.
• THIS IS NOT REVERSIBLE – A negative value cannot be entered
• The line at the top of the screen shows the number of CREDITS you have available: 

Assign Imps

• This means IMPRESSIONS 
• This is the number of VIEWS you want to assign
• Once you fill in the number of IMPRESSIONS, you must click the ASSIGN BUTTON at the bottom of that column to register those impressions increment the number of views.
• THIS IS NOT REVERSIBLE – A negative value cannot be entered
• The line at the top of the screen shows the number of BANNER IMPRESSIONS you have available:

Delete Banner

• Click the DELETE button to completely remove that banner from the system.
• THIS IS NOT REVERSIBLE!

Quick Assign

• This is a HUGE time saver
• Fill in the box with the number of CREDITS you want to have distributed among ALL of your banner entries
• When you click ASSIGN, the credits will be assigned and the calculations will be updated that ADDS the number of VIEWS (1 credit = 15 views)
• THIS IS NOT REVERSIBLE – A negative value cannot be entered
