How do I know this is quality traffic?

Each of the more than 4,000 sites in our network is individually reviewed for quality content and professionalism before they are eligible for acceptance. They range from small-medium size sites to very large sites with significant amounts of existing traffic.

What is meant by “unique” visitor?

A unique visitor is an actual person visiting your web site. This is usually based on a 24 hour time period. So if a person visits your site, leaves and comes back one hour later, this would still count as just one unique visitor.
